I can do work as a team or individually. Sometimes, I prefer to work individually because it makes me more focused on what I do and easier to manage what I want to do in my work.

I like spending time for playing musics, workout in gym, and hang out with my colleagues. I like to create a pleasant atmospheres when working with my team. I always respect all my colleagues and never shy about asking for help, even they are my juniors. I asking for ideas and opinions to everyone who are involved in my work to make a decision. A comfortable circle in workplace is the most important thing for me.
